Hello and welcome to sheetmaskreviews.com.  I'm Lanie, your hostess for an adventure of finding out more about some of my favorite (and sometimes not so favorite) things when it comes to home fragrances, beauty masks and everything in between.

I'm under no illusion that there is a secret fountain of youth out there that can be purchased on Amazon, Sephora or Ulta for $8.00.  What I am looking for in my reviews is if the product delivers what they say they will.  If it is supposed to moisturize and my face feels like sandpaper after using the product, we will all know that it's a waste of money.

I do a lot of candle reviews on this website in conjunction with candle review videos on YouTube.  You can find my YouTube channel here.  I do reviews on everything from Bath & Body Works to Homeworx to luxury brands.  If it is made of wax and can be safely lit on fire, I'll probably want to try it out and do a review on it.

A few quick things about me...

• I'm 47 years old.
• I write online web content from home for a living.
• I'm married to my best friend.
• I have two dogs and a cat.
• I write a lot of reviews on Amazon for products that I purchase from them.
• I'm an avid couponer and have been for over 20 years.
• I'm not afraid to point out when a product isn't right or doesn't deliver as promised.
• I'm not a fan of social media at all, so the only places you will find me is here, YouTube and Instagram.  I have Facebook but only use it for giveaways on my YouTube channel.
• I listen to talk radio while I work and don't watch television very often at all.
• I am a candle and face mask junkie and this website is a result!  :)
